Matthew Lafond, BAH, JD, is a graduate of Queen’s University and the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. Matt brings vast inter-professional and inter-jurisdictional experience to his consulting work. He has worked in professional regulation for well over a decade, both as an independent consultant and on staff at regulators in Ontario and Nova Scotia. During that time, he has focused on improving regulatory processes, fostering constructive relationships using a "right touch" approach, and implementing regulatory best practices. Matt has particular expertise in professional conduct investigations, resolutions and committee support.

Bethany Jost, BA, MScEcon AA, is a graduate of Dalhousie University and Aberystwyth University’s Archive Administration program. Bethany has worked in the heritage and private sector, and now brings her strong research skills and attention to detail to her work as an investigator with Lafond Serran Consulting Inc.
